You won’t regret this workout, I promise.
You will regret the workout you didn’t do.
You’ll feel more refreshed than after a triple shot of espresso.
Your workout doesn’t have to be long, just effective.
A good sweat will do wonders for your state-of-mind.
You can watch your favorite show later.
If you have an hour to browse Pinterest, you have an hour to workout.
A quick, bodyweight workout will still do the trick.
You’re going to sleep so much better tonight!
That sore feeling will be the best reward.
What would (insert favorite fitness idol/celebrity) do? He/she would go work out.
Run/squat like (insert favorite actor/musician/celebrity) is behind you.
You can sweat, you can bleed, you can crawl, you can cry, but you can’t give up.
Those weights aren’t going to lift themselves.
All those burpees are going to pay off!
Tomorrow you’ll wish you started today.
Today’s pain is tomorrow’s victory.
