Michael O'Connor lost 23 lb*

“After returning from a vacation to Las Vegas I decided it was time I changed how I looked and to start feeling better about myself in my own body! And not always thinking about my ‘flubber’ while at the pool or the beach. At the time, I weighed approximately 180 lbs with no concept of body fat or what it meant. Prior to this, I was pretty active doing football to soccer, boxing and lifting weights. I never considered myself ‘fat’ but was never in the greatest shape. For the next four months I trained in HIIT circuits and attempted to do what I thought at the time was eating clean. In this period I reduced my weight to 170 lbs. Then a friend at work had loaned a book from the library which turned out to be Living Lean. After a brief read I was intrigued. I started to research online and discovered the various testimonials not only from UFC superstars like Thiago Alves but from everyday average people like myself! In November 2013 I weighed in at 147 lbs and had a body fat of around 12% I had never been in better shape in 31 years! Roll on another six months to May 2014 and after carrying a rotator cuff tear for four of these months I still maintained my weight of 147 lbs at 12% body fat with very little to no exercise. During these 18 months I have a eaten clean based on the principles of The Dolce Diet. On top of this various friends, family members and work colleagues amazed by my results. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike and Brandy for their amazing insight to the world of clean eating, Living Lean and being nothing but a positive inspiration in my life!” – Michael O’ Connor, 32 y/o, followed Living Lean.
