B.J. Penn is making his 145 lbs. debut July 6 against Frankie Edgar for the UFC Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale. Penn worked with Mike Dolce (The Dolce Diet) for his camp and woke up on weight the day of weigh-ins. This is Penn’s first cut to 145 lbs.
