“I started after feeling lost, ashamed, and out of control with my eating and body. I started simple by adding in approved Dolce diet foods and then started to eliminate processed foods one meal at a time. It only took about two months to cut out all the bad food. Then I started going to a workout group at a park behind my house. It was hard. There were so many things I couldn’t do, but my trainer gave me modifications. When I started I couldn’t do a burpee, but now I can do full burpees! I am confident, happy, and love life. Everything in my life has improved from family to work. I had severe sleep apnea but I no longer need my machine to breathe at night. I still have about 45 lbs to lose and am going to start UFC fit to get me through the last part of my journey.
