4-Ingredient Sweet Treats

Protein Brownies
Ingredients
• 3 overripe bananas
• ½ cup almond butter
• 2tbsp. to ¼ cup cacao powder
• 1-2 scoop The Dolce Whey protein isolate
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease small cake pan with coconut oil.
• Melt almond butter over stovetop.
• In a blender, combine bananas, cacao powder, The Dolce Whey protein isolate and melted almond butter until smooth.
• Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Granola Bars
Ingredients
• 1 cup dates
• ¼ cup almond butter
• 1 ¼ cup oat bran
• Options: dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, dried fruit
Directions
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
• Pit the dates.
• Toss dates in food processor and pulse until it forms a paste.
• Melt almond butter over stovetop.
• Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
• Scoop granola mixture onto parchment paper, and smooth and pack the individual portions.
• Freeze for 20 minutes then transfer to airtight container in fridge.
“Nutella”
Ingredients
• 3 cups raw, unsalted hazelnuts
• 2/3 cup dairy-free dark chocolate
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• ½ tsp. sea salt
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roast hazelnuts for 12-15 minutes.
• Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Transfer to kitchen towel and roll around to remove skins.
• Add hazelnuts to food processor and blend until buttery (8-10 total minutes). Scrape sides often.
• Once hazelnuts are creamy, add melted chocolate, sea salt and vanilla.
• Blend again until well-incorporated.
• Transfer to a clean jar and store at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks.
• Goes great on toast!
