Choose a Milk
– Coconut Milk
– Almond Milk
Choose a Sweetener
– Stevia
– Raw, Organic Honey
– Organic Maple Syrup
Choose a Flavor
– Vanilla Extract
– Cinnamon
– Nutmeg
– Pumpkin Spice
– Dark Cacao Powder
Now…
To 8 ounces of coffee, add the following ratios of whatever you picked:
– 2 – 4 tbsp. milk
– 1 – 2 tbsp. sweetener
– Flavorings to taste

I recently picked up a part time night job, so my coffee intake has gone up. I’ve been looking at ways to make my coffee healthier ever since. I think I’ll try out a few combinations. Thanks for listing so many options. That helps out.
Good way to switch it up with a few healthy options! I’m particular partial to cinnamon and pumpkin spice for flavor. Although honestly, I don’t get too crazy on the creamers or flavors – a good ol’ cup o’ joe is good enough for me. I love how it promotes many health benefits and it gets me through the day with ease.
