Goal: Increase strength, build muscle
Recommended Ratio: 2 or 3:1 carbs to protein
Strawberry Banana Recovery Smoothie
- 12 oz. coconut water
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small banana (frozen)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
