“Growing up, I was always the athletic girl. I was involved in competitive gymnastics for 12 years, so I always had a six-pack and was in impeccable shape. As I got older, I still ate whatever I wanted and barely worked out. Even though I was always comfortable in my own skin, I realized that I wasn’t my best self. My husband, Joey, got me started on The Dolce Diet when he wanted to eat better too. I wasn’t convinced at first and figured I could just do my own thing to eat better. He made the breakfast bowl for himself, and of course I wanted “just a bite.” After eating his entire bowl, I never looked back.
