“When I was 18 and living in Germany I lifted weights four times a week and ran 5k on my “off days” during the rest of the week. I ate the same protein packed meals every day and measured my meals. I was so unhappy with that diet that I had to implement a cheat day where I would just eat anything. After I moved to Denmark for my studies all I did was drink. I was even called the “Beerbong Master”. My eating was mostly pasta with some sort of powder sauce together with sausages and a lot of cheese. I also stopped exercising completely. I basically sat in front of the laptop and died away because I had zero energy. But then I watching these super UFC athletes on TV and it finally hit me. I was 22 years old, almost 6 ft tall and weighed 198 lbs with a fat stomach and a very puffy face. It was time to change. Luckily, my love for MMA saved me because I somehow heard of Mike Dolce and his methods.
